I have a phone interview tomorrow for a job. What are some good tips you can recommend so I can get the job.?

It is for an accounts receivable position for cosmetic line. They want somebody who won't take their job too seriously.

This is a Bu** Sh** interview and you will not be hired. I say that because you have said that, "They want somebody who won't take their job too seriously." Please think about what you have said and how things right now are getting harder everyday. If you are HR or I am, I am not going to hire anyone that doesn't give a darn about my business, least of all I am not going to pay them very much if they aren't on the "A-team," they may want you to be flexible but they really do want you to be serious about the job. Did they tell you that they did not want a person to be serious about the job or company? I think not some one has said that to you and made it stick. When you have your interview answer their questions like you were talking to the Priest. Don't have gum or hard candy in your mouth when talking they will know it. speak slowly and pronounce every word correctly, do not use slang. keep an atitude of what can I do for your company rather than what have you done for me lately
