Actually, just entering in a number on google might get you think info you need.

If there is a toll free customer care number,dial it.Tell the number to the customer care people.They may be able to tell you whose number it is.

merlin (google it)

public data (again google)

and when your there on yellowpages go to find a person and reverse phone number

if ur in the usa and the fone number is a land line then its pretty simple. there are LOADS and LOADS of sites u can find out from... google it...
