I have a pic that needs help(cell to comp)?

ok i have this pic of my gf its not the best quality pic matter of fact its not good at all the phone is a virgen mobile and there pic phone r indeed bad but to the point my gf sent me a few pics and i was wondering is there a way to blow or make alot bigger those pics? cuz i wanted to make one a wall paper but the pic become really bad and all nasty looking but i need help on tryn t figure out how to do that well ty in advance o yea and my comp screen is 1000x700 and sumthing lol but i would really like this help cuz i have to deal with the bad detail of the pics ty!

no one has answered this till now cuz itsa not possible. the quality to so bad and the screen is to big. ittl just look like the blob on roids (the blob is a old movie that was realy horible).
