I have a picture but i dont like a part of it in the middle so i cant crop it?

how can i just cover that part. the picture is on the computer!

  1. could you make the center just a grey outline, or even pixilate it?


  2. you could blur it in photoshop or just cover it with black in paint or something if you can't crop it
