I have a picture of a floor lamp that I used to have and would love to find another one. Can anyone help me?

This floor lamp had a picture of a covered bridge scene on the shade and it also had a section that used a night light type bulb with a hand painted glass shade. I really would love to find another one like it. Any help at all would be greatly appreciated. Thank You!!!
