click on your name that you use here

where it says Hello (INH)!

then go to edit my profile

and there you go

go to set picture then hit use my yahoo 360 picture

I'm having the same problems, on other people's questions they're saying it's a glitch in Yahoo! and they're making a new type of 360 thing..... but I don't know.
