I have a picture with two friends how do I cut them out?

Scan into your computer.

Use an editing program to remove them.

use PAINT which is found in all WINDOWS operating systems.

Click on the START button

click on ALL PROGRAMS

next, click on ACCESSORIES

then click on PAINT

there you can erase the parts of the picture you don't want.

Use an application like photoshop, or you can always download Gimp for free. Just use that application to cut the friends out.

Get a program where you can crop and do it that way. I wouldn't use Photo shop unless you are more experienced when it comes to photo arrangement. There are a lot of simple programs where you can do it.

You can download the free Google software called Picasa. Its very easy to use, you can also do a whole bunch of other editing. Its kind of fun actually. Not to mention it can find all your pictures in your computer and organize them.
