  1. duck tape.


  2. A cork.  Your local lumber yard (not HD or Lowes) should have a section w/ specialty section w/ boxes of specialty fasteners.  They should have various sizes of corks.  You might also find one at crafts store.

  3. Wad up a paper towel or piece of toilet paper and stuff it in the hole and tape it.

  4. just spend all of your money as soon as you get it and you will never have to wory about it falling out of the bank.
