I have a pimple next to my pupil

Hi, i have a pimple to the left of my pupil. It is very irritating when i close my eye. my eye is all red to the left of the pupil and there is a white spot on it that covers a very very very small fraction of the pupil

yes it is true u can have a pimple next to your eyelid i have the same very infection and i really dont know what to do about this.
