  1. go to the er or local clinic and tell them you have a boil and they will lance it for u

  2. This sounds like herpes I'm afraid. If you have been delving in unprotected acts from behind, it very well could be.

Go to the doctor to be sure. They test when outbreaks are present

  3. The best bet is to sit in a bath tub to soften up your skin and then try to pop it afterwards. Good luck and I'm sorry your in pain.

  4. Hey go to a doctor they can help you because you don't know it could be something serious or something small.

  5. What you have sounds like a pilonidal cyst! It can be very painful. You have my sympathies. It's not serious or a major problem, and it's quite common, so you don't need to worry about it. But you should see a doctor about this to get an accurate diagnosis. It should be located at the bottom of your spine, which is also the top of the crease of your butt. Is that where it is? If it's bad enough, they will remove the cyst in a rather simple surgery. The typical recommendation, though, is to keep moist heat on the cyst. So you can use a hot pad with a wet towel, or you can get at the drugstore something specially made to give moist heat to a given spot. You can also sit in a hot bath, with salts added. Don't try to squeeze it--that can lead to infection and more pain. It will eventually open and drain, after a couple more days of the moist heat.  There are a lot of nerves there, so don't sit if you don't have to.  Just lie down on your bed, reading or watching TV, with the moist heat.
