I have a pinched nerve in my neck is there anything i can do to help it feel better and heal faster.?

I would suggest neck traction devise or inversion table.  I have suffered for many years with the same.  

Also a good anti-inflammatory, like aspirin-325 mg ( take only with food), daily.  For immediate relief, I pull up on my head (like I am trying to pull my head off) for about 30 seconds.  

I also go the acupuncturist once a month to keep the energy flowing.  Good Luck.  Oh-yeah, DON'T SLEEP ON YOUR STOMACH!
