I have a pistachio tree just 1 problem i dont know how to prepare the nuts can someone please tell me thanxs?

i've checked the internet i try roasting them with salt and they taste sour and the tree has alot so please let me know how to prepare them

are you sure they were completely ripe when you tried roasting them?

I would soak them in salt water, possibly simmering them for a short while then roasting them.

Pistachio go wonderfully topped ontop of icecream or desserts. You can make pistachio icecream which is my favorite (:
