I have a placebo effect ?

everytime i smoke a cigar i get a weed high or smoke hookah or something for like 5 minutes how do i stop it its so anoying and i quit weed like months ago cause of a real bad trip it was laced with some stuff i dont know that was a year ago tho how do i stop the effect

you shouldn't inhale your cigars or hookah if they give you that effect. there is no way to stop weed from getting you high, so the same would apply for the other options if they give you the same effect. let the flavors roll around in your mouth, but just don't inhale ;)
