I have a plant that i can't identify?

I have these plants growing in my garden that have reached approx. 6 feet tall and have chinese lantern type lanterns but they are green and open up to a purple and white flower. I have no idea what this. Can you help. Thanks, Danielle

  1. Could they be foxgloves or lupins?  (pics below)  


  2. best thing is go to any florist shop and ask them  as they are experts they know what they are selling  

  3. They sound like Brugmansia, also known as Angel's Trumpet. See below for photo.

    They come in many colors.  If the blooms point up instead of down, they are Datura. Also see below for photo.

  4. Not sure if this is it, but check out this plant....looks like the lanterns you describe.
