light pink (i mean the lightest shade you can get) on the ceiling,    and very light shade of teracotta on the walls . with a feature wall of bergundy to latch all the colours together .

play around with the Sherwin Williams color visualizer to find something that you like. It is the best paint visualizer on the web, imho. I like how their color palette is laid out, I like that you can search by color family & color name, the "painted" rooms look the most realistic, and it suggests coordinating color schemes. I think "tavern taupe" (# 7508) would look very sophisticated.

cream, neutral, pretty, will be easier to sell if u decide to sell as it isn't a colour anyone can say they hate as it is just natural!

Any light color would be good. Dark colors just make a room smaller and you definately dont want dark colors in a sweet. I would go with a tan or light blue color. Expecially if you live near the ocean! :) Hope i helped :)

cream or gray would look awesome!!!  

accenting it with black would put the finishing "oomph" to it!!
