I have a poker question(Texas Hold'em). can u cash out in a home game?

I was playin with a group of friends and i knocked out 2 out of the 4 players and i was up on the chip count 3 to 1. we started playin heads up poker. I decided to call it a night can i CASH OUT? even if we where just playin for fun can i take partial victory since i was up on the chip count? Thanx in advance.

Yes, you can cash out, if you are just  playing a standard ring game.

If it was a tournament style game, both players must agree to end it, or keep playing until one knocks out the other.

It is always best to be sure you set the rules before you play, especially when it comes to cashing out, even if it is playing for fun.

After all, there are always bragging rights, lol!
