I have a pool between 69 and 79 degrees, could it hurt me to swim in it?

My swimming pool has a temperature around 69 or 70 degreees, would it be ok if i swam for a while?

70 might be cool if it were cool lately but I think that is ok but on the chilly side

I've been swimming in an unheated pool in November when it was 45F outside and I didn't have a problem. You should be fine. If it's the water is warmer than the air then you'll feel cold getting out that's about it. If it's the opposite then the water will feel cold.
