I have a pool party at 3 today, and this morning I did some cardio, but I was wondering what I could eat...?

for lunch that will not make me bulge out in places, and will keep me looking really slim????

  3. Liquids will pass through your system quicker...so maybe a veggie/protein shake or something like that?

    Honestly, I don't think anyone will notice, what are you going to do during the party, not eat or drink at all?

  5. Don't eat any dairy, diet pop or anything with a sugar sustitute, or any slaty foods as they make you bloated and retain water. So eat tunafish with celery and mustard. All three including the mustard are natural metabolism boosters.

    And do drink water, it will not make you bloated as the other person indicated. And if you have green tea drink that as well as it has a item in it is either egcg or ecgc cant remember exactly that burns fat.

    But the best advice is make healthy decisions always:)

    1 more thing wear a dark colored bathing suit, makes u appear thinner.

  6. for brekafast eatc ereal and for lunch eat some salad with maybe a little grilled chiken?

    make sure you go 2 the restroom before the pool party

    drink lots of water

    and dont put salad dressing on ur salad

  7. Have yogurt! It tastes good! but it wont fill you up too much that you'll bloat. Dont drink soda! Have water so you won't bloat! :)
