Well there's the old stand by: Coke or Pepsi. You can pick something you like so that you can use your self as a demographic description. Find sometime like computer games, that are easy to ID the audience. Or if none of the above tickles your fancy, get creative and make a mock product. Then you can generate all your own data based on your invention and fictional responses to it.
