when your b***s start leaking milk during pregnancy do they both leak at the same exact time or does only one leak at a time?

Always both. Unless you have abnormalties in the  duct or haven't had the colostrom taken out yet.(which is normal and common)

they can leak at different times or at the same time. mine always leak at different times.

I have never heard of the b***s leaking milk during the pregnancy it usually happens after the baby is born and the milk comes into your b*****s.  The breast will then leak when it is time to feed the baby. They may even leak when the baby cries and at that time they both leak.  They do have pads that you can put in your bra in order to trap some of the milk until you can breast feed.
