I have a prescription question for any optometrist out there.. It was from an opthamalogist.?

How would an optometrist write this? (In- cylinder for astigmatism) -6.75x +.25 13 (13 is the axis)

    What if it were written  -6.75 @ 103    -6.50 @ 13  ?

    -6.50-0.25x103

  3. Interesting question.  I can't, for any reason, think of why you would want to know how an Optometrist, or any other health care professional, would write the same prescription.  For the best information, enroll in medical school.
