there is a websire ( like white pages ) where i can put the number and to know where came the number?

Try any of these: www.yellowbook.com, www.switchboard.com, or www.whitepages.com.  You should be able to see whether your number is listed, and if it is not, you can contact them to get them to list it.

Most of the time you can put the telephone number in google with the area and the address will come up if it is a business.  Otherwise you can do a yahoo search.    A lot of times I will put in numbers that call the house and they will end up being ones people have complained about. Scams.
