one day i entered the store and i decided to get something to snack on. once i entered the store the guy was starring at me like i was going to steal. i have never stolen anything in my life, why do it now? anyways i go up to the counter and pay for my items. i handed the money to him and the money fell out of his hand, and landed on the counter. he told me told pick it up and i didn't because it was right there in front of him. he told me not to come back in the store. i came back about a month later to get a Gatorade and he refused to let me buy it. he is not even the manager!!!!! i still go today with a friend, and my friend buys me whatever i want. what should i do to get my rights back?

  1. Find out who the store manager is and talk to them. If it is part of a chain look for their headquarters  on line.

  2. Just mom you are wrong!!

The guy IS NOT the manager! Report this guy to the district. Let the manager know this is happening and report this to the BBB. If you want to be sneaky you can secretly video his actions (if this is not against the law in your state) You may even want to consider getting the local news involved.

Know this: NO ONE CAN TAKE YOUR RIGHTS AWAY FROM YOU!!!!

THAT'S WHY IT'S CALLED "YOUR RIGHTS"

  3. You should get the guys name and report him to the manager.

  4. you can't get your rights back because every business has the right to refuse service to anyone. as long as they aren't discriminating against you because of race or etc. he obviously doesn't like you and has chosen not to serve you, that's his right. sorry bud. tough luck but as long as you have a friend that can buy your snacks when you go then you are getting your goods in the end. you could always pick another store where the guy at the counter isn't an ******.

  5. This is a tough situation.  Have you asked to speak to the manager??? You could let them know how you are being treated.  This could work for you or against you.  Is it worth it??? Otherwise you could go to another store.  Good luck.

  6. Call the corporate office. If you truly did nothing to deserve this treatment, the employee needs to be dealt with.
