I have a problem download files from the internet?

Question

I'm trying to download stuff on the internet to help my computer, stuff like mopar scape clients for fun and stuff, and whenever I download them and I look at them, it looks like paper, with the top right corner folded down and it has the internet sign on it.... I'm trying to open it but when I do, it says: Open With: internet and it just tries to make me download again,
