I have a problem i have new hp laptop this is my 8 days and i found i have problem with the hardware?

to return it back or to exchange it but the point is this is my third laptop in office depot the first one was toshipa and i got probelm with software also the second one was toshipa and the same problme both of them where less than 5 days now i have hp from the same store and its 8th days now i find the system so slow and i hear voice from the drive i check the hardware with hp people in the phone they found i have problem in hard drive so do u think if i go to office depo again they will accept to exchange or return my money coz they told me if there is any problem next time u have 1 year waranty and i am student i cant wait 9 days to fix it and its new with all the paper and recet so do u think they should exchange or not thank u

Yes, the best thing is since you are a student get a flash drive soo save all of your work to it and you can open it up on any computer and finish it up. If you buy a laptop at the Office depot they should be able to give you a new laptop if you keep having problems ask to speak to a manager and tell them your situation that you are having problems with the computers from their store and that you can't afford to waste your time. Ask them nicely to give you a new one or give you a refund to get yourself a laptop that can satisfy your needs. Good Luck!

i think you should exchange get a new computer and make sure is not the same brand you have been getting try dell compaq or acer if those do the same watch the file's your storing and website's your going to if ur computer (if u have window's vista ) pop up message be sure to read them and the owner's maunal sometimes thing's don't work when not set up right
