I have a problem i made a tune up on my car and when i turned it on to day the gas peddle felt kind of hard

and when i break it feels like if it has a little bit of a jump when I'm breaking its like a sudden burst of power but that's only when the car is going to break completely? this is what i put on for the tune up, 6 bosch iridium fusion spark plugs, k&n performance oil filter, k&n performance air filter, 5w-30 castrol synthetic motor oil and new spark plug coils for a 2001 jeep grand cherokee limited v6 4.0l 2wd.

the surge you feel while braking could be a vacuum leak to your brake booster, as for the gas pedal being stiff check the cable near the throttle body for obstruction or anything that would put it in a "bind" also (this is unlikely) but with the K&N performance air filter it could be the increased air flow causing a little more pressure to fight against.

Check to make sure you didnt cause an interfence with the throttle cable and linkage
