I have a problem plz help?

okay so i have this major issue. i always seem to want to eat when i KNOW i am not hungry. i am skinny but i am afraid i won't be for long if i keep this up. suggestions?

  1. If you're eating alot or bingeing, it could be emotional eating as you're trying to comfort yourself or fill a void. I know from personal experience what that feels like. I used to go to Overeaters Anonymous meetings. There were alot of 'skinny' as you put it, and normal size people there who sought help to control their overeating. Some tried to burn off the excess calories by over-excercising or purging. Eventually this behavior interuppted their lives and caused them chaos and misery on many levels. If you feel your eating is causing interference in your life, you may want to seek support.

  3. Chew Gum. I have the same problem. My doctor told me that its a mouth thing... like where you need to keep chewing bcuz ur bored or somethin. So load up on a ton of gum an you wont eat when your bored!  

  4. You should eat fruit and healthy snacks and also You may need a worming treatment It wont hurt You just cleans You out if any intestinal worms are in there.

Im not quite sure if you mean you indulge your cravings even though you don't have "hunger pains", but here's what i have to say..if it IS a craving for say salty foods, try occupying yourself for about 30 minutes(go for a short walk around the block or do something that requires using your hands)studies show that a CRAVING only lasts for about 10 to 12 minutes so if you keep yourself busy at the first twindge of a craving chances are the craving will go away. If you think you are hungry but don't have the "hunger pains" associated with hunger, it could be your body's way of letting you know it needs fluids. Try drinking either a tall glass of water or something that will replenish electrolytes like Gatorade or Propel.
