I have a problem receiving mail

I'm expecting an important e-mail from a company and they have told me it has been sent twice, however I'm not receiving it in my inbox, I've checked my junk/spam box and it's not there either. What can I do? My e-mail is hotmail.

  3. Let them send it to your another email and check if you can receive it. If you did, maybe something's wrong with hotmail at that time.It may be because of the web traffic that's why, you can't receive it this time. You may receive it later.
