I have a problem with a Zen PMC 20GB.When I reset the device using the pinhole reset button, the unit goes off and then comes on with the "Creative Logo" and then it goes to a diagram screen showing step "1" which describes connecting the battery. (Battery is connected and charged).When I plug in the usb cable it shows a new screen step "2" which describes the PMC being connect to the computer and the screen of the computer looks like an open book. It appears that it's waiting for a download via the usb cable. My computer recognises the Zen when it is first plugged in but it seems nothing can be downloaded directly into the Zen. Any ideas ??
