When I bid on the item there was other ways of paying other than paypal, so I took my chances. I ended up and e-mailed them at least around 4 or 5 times asking for contact information which they never replied to. It wasn't listed on where it shows up on the pay now thing. Well anyways the seller recently messaged customer service, and me saying I never contacted them when I did. I e-mailed customer service giving them my story and they appealed there strike. However, I gave the seller a negative feedback because of poor communicating and they only did me because they were mad, and they keep editing it somehow and making it say different things. I reported them to ebay, and I don't know what to do next. They keep messaging me saying that I'm pitiful and should read the payment methods better, even though I did, and there was technically other ways. I e-mailed everything so far to customer service, but is there a way to get that person banned even though I'm the bidder?

  1. 4 get a bout it

    go on with life

  2. eBay's policy is that feedback stands.  eBay will not remove it.  They have millions of people leaving feedback every week and it would take an enormous staff to sort through all that stuff.  It's there for good.  You're wasting your time.

  3. Seems they have a favoral rating. only 41 negatives and over 11000 positive feedbacks.
