I have a problem with my Xrocker chair?

I have had my Xrocker since christmas but yesterday the speakers either side of the chair stopped working (The bass speaker at the back still works). Can anyone tell me how to fix this. Thanks Ryan

  1. Seems like a loose connection. Since it's new, I suggest that you get it checked by the service people.
