I have a problem with my best friend ?

Question

he is a boy 18 years - 84 kg and 1,70 cm

but he have a lil bit big chest and he is soo sad

he can choose his clothes

and he is soo shy from this

and really thats make me sad cuz he is like my brother

is there any way to make his chest smaller like any boy is his age ?

No.  If this is a deformity he needs to check with his doctor as he is the only one that can tell him if there is a way to change it.  Genes are the usual reason for it.

then i think he should exercise to lose weight.. is having a large chest an indication of being fat? there are many alternatives to make his large chest disappear, why don't you let him see a doctor if it really really affects him. about his shyness, your best friends right? !! make him feel good about himself...let him feel that looks isn't everything...go barhopping together in order for him to meet new individuals..and to boost his confidence a little...your'e a good friend.!!keep it up!
