I have a problem with my phone....please help?

my phone is a sony ericsson k850i

if you look at the picture you can see 3 white dots just below the screen, they are sensor touch buttons,

thats what the problem is, i woke up yesterday and they wouldnt work, sometimes they work, but alot of the time now i cant, so i cant hardly do anything on the phone except phone calls....

anybody got any advice on what to do or should i go down to the 3 store

Have you been mashing them in?

pressing too hard can destroy the contacts they only need a light touch to operate.

Try cleaning with a soft cloth and a non alcohol ethanol cleaner
