I have a problem with my samsung L100 the lens won't close but i didn't even drop it how do i fix it help me

ok i have a red samsung L100 i just bought it a few weeks a go my aunt and i were fighting for it she was pushing on the lens and then she pushed the power button know it won't close and when you turn it on it wont turn off only if you take out the battery and when you turn it on nothing works its just black what do i do how can i fix it pleace help ASAP!!!

Sounds like it needs a service...  Maybe a bit of dust went into the mechanism that is responsible for closing the lens, or the motors might have become damaged when you guys were wrestling for it.

Remember a camera is a very sensitive piece of technology and should always be treated with the utmost care.
