I have a problem with our router its a dlink DI-624?

some reason its having trouble connecting to our Mac and i rang the company and its still not working, it cuts the internet of from the mac and then it affects me as well, the router keeps resetting itself and then its like trying to identify the mac computer im not sure why its doing it, it seems like its not fully connected but how can i fix this up, any help would be appreciated

Try to configure the router typing on the explorer 192.168.1.1 then seeing the connection. Also try to clear the wires and also radio frequency interferencies like cellullar handheld home phone, walkitalkies and also baby hand held secutiy.

If you try these I think you will be fine
