In my mind I can think up a great scene (a really great scene), but when the time comes to put it on paper, my mind just goes blank. Its like it gets stage fright & forgets everything. It's not fair! I be daydreaming of such exciting & heartwarming scenes only to have them somehow deleted as soon pick up a pencil or put my fingers on a keyboard.

It makes me so mad that I lose confidence in myself & my writing skills. :( *cries*

  1. hmmmmm.... it is indeed a problem. i myself makes my own manga and writes my own stories but it never happened to me, not even once. usually i do have the concept on my mind but i have problems of putting the pieces together. maybe its best that you already hold your pencil while thinking of some great things so by the time you thought os something you'd be able to write.

    don't get scared.if you'd like, i would like to read your work. so you can judge. i mean, at least you would have to know whats wrong and whats good, right? email me at riei_ohjiro@yaho.com... i would be more than happy to read it! if that is you wont mind me being a critic...

  2. Play the scene over and over again in your head, or say it out loud when you play it. That may help you remember it more when you go to write it down.

  3. just think it really hard and do first a rough sketch so if you forgot you already have the idea, or write ideas first on paper so when you forget you just look at the words and maybe it will pop up again

  4. problem ...yea..Get u r Pencil and paper ready before you go to type: built a draft and you can remember: and carrying a notebook is always a good habit to put scenes and getting new ideas ;;

    Ok HOPE IT HELPS :) *Laughs*
