I have a problems cockroaches in kitchen what do i?

Clean kitchen is the most important.  Buy roach killer and spray around all walls paying particular attention to molding on base boards, behind fridge, under stove, drawer on bottom of stove, remove dishes and spray inside cabinets.  Buy roach bate.  This is not the green way but if you have a bad roach infestation this is what it will take.  If you have only a few just spray around walls.
