I have a psp which doesn't load my games or my video ???

it only comes up as a little circle which means it is loading but it is not loading up i had to wait half an hour but still didn't load up help please

  1. If you are trying to play games off of the memory card you must have custom firmware to do that and make sure the video's are in MP4 format...good luck


  2. well maybe the disc reader is messed up send it to SONY so they can fix it since your psp cant read any games or movies and if they are on the mem stick then they have to be in MP4 format and if the games are on the mem stick then you either dont have custom firmware or you put them in the wrong folder
