  1. With mutts, there is no "usual".

He may sized and built more like a pug, maybe more like a beagle, maybe in-between.

You can't predict how they'll look, either. Even different puppies from the same litter can look very different.

It all comes down to what roll of the dice you get.

    .

  2. She will be as short as a pug or as tall as a beagle or somewhere in between.

  3. Well in this case it would be great to know how big were the parents, but in case that you don't, you can multiply her weight(when she was 4 months old) by 2 and that would be approximately her adult weight.

    Note: Remember the heartworm prevention.

  4. um myne is about 30 and she is 3 yrs old

  5. LIKE LBS?? BUT IF U MEAN SIZE? THEN THEY PUGLES USALLY GET TO THE SIZE OF A BEAGLE. MUCH BIGGER THEN PUGS =] HOPE I HELPED

  6. I think you're making the mistake a lot of dog owners make and that is by asking how "big" your dog will get referring to the weight, rather than the height.

The size of a dog is determined by its height at the withers. The withers are the upper part of the shoulder where the neck meets the back. Since Beagle is the larger of the two dogs in your mixed breed, your dog could get as tall as a Beagle. Most Beagles are between 13 and 15 inches at the withers but they can also be shorter or taller than their standard calls for.

Height-wise your dog will be fully grown around 1 year old. Many dogs go through a teenage phase between 1 and 2 years old, during which they begin to fill in to their adult weight.

However, even after that point, a dog can continue to gain weight. Both Pugs and Beagles can get up to 20lbs (in a healthy, lean dog), but they can also get quite a lot bigger if they're overfed.

  7. Since that is a mixed breed, which means NO breed standard, it is impossible to say until she is fully grown.
