I ordered $200 in chocolates .. From a site called "Bitsy's Sweets" never got my order. Found out through the vine that she used the $$ for a weekend getaway with her boyfriend. Do I have any legal options ?

Jamie, that's not going to help! The guy answering the question lives in the States!  But they must have similar organisations out there.  But $200 worth of chocolates, ordered online! You have to ask yourself: WHY! There are stores all over the place, for Pete's sake!

If you used your credit card , contest the charge, contact your state's attorney general's office/
