  1. GO TO THE VET

  2. No this is not normal... I would suggest taking your little one to an avian vet to be sure as there are a list of things that could be going on. One could be allergies and another could be illness. Hug's and hope all goes well.

  3. take it to the vets

  4. No, it is not normal. Your bird is sick and needs an avian vet or you may loose your parrot. If you have it with other birds, get it to a room by itself, or the rest of them could become sick, too. Keep your bird warm! Call the avian vet...kjl

  5. To the best of my knowledge, it is not normal for any bird to have discharge coming from its nose.  If this happens after the bird bathes itself, it might be normal.  But if a bath isn't involved, the bird may have a serious sinus or lung infection.

Give it a day, and if nothing changes, you really need to take it to a vet.

  6. it could be grooming itself

  7. We have a cockatiel that did that and I took her to the vet and she had to have antibiotics because she had a "cold". Make sure your parrot is not in the direct path of the air-conditioner vent where cold air is blowing on it. If it keeps sneezing, and turns red around the eyes and nose, I would take it to the vet.
