How can I get more youtube veiws? And don't say, making your videos good. My channel is http://www.youtube.com/user/HACfuturestars one of our videos has over 500 veiws but our goal is 1,000. How can i advertise my videos or something?

What you can do is optimize the title, tags and description of your youtube video.  if the video name is too specific, very few people will be able to find it as they usually type in generic phrases in the search bar.

A longer description as well as better tags will also give the youtube search engine more information to index and thus will make it easier for other people to find your video.

You can also market it to people outside of youtube (forums and blogs for example) by posting its link on groups that will find the video relevant.  (eg.  if your video is about pets then you can post it in a pet focused forum)

One idea is to match your tags or keywords in Youtube with the tags of another similar video that is ranking high in Youtube. So when their video is viewed your video will come up in the Related Videos section along the side and you will get more clicks that way.
