Question:

I have a question about Cebu Pacific's Online Booking...?

So, just a while ago, I went to Cebu Pacific's website to book a flight from MNL to HKG (using my mom's credit card)... after I have done everything (following the instructions listed their on the site), I was asked to print the itinerary information, and it was stated their that our booking was indeed "confirmed"... so my question is, is that all that we have to do? Is there need for a "physical" ticket to present at the airport? Or do we have to wait for a paper ticket to be delivered at the address we have indicated? Sorry, because this is our first time to make our booking online... hope you could help :)

  1. cossette is right. just dont forget your passport too

& read the fine print (the rules) at the end of the printout

  2. oh! you just have to print it or the one that it will be sent to your email... thats the only thing you have to show the airport and your ID.. thats all.. no need to go to their office or wait something to be delivered... whats the point in purchasing online if you're going to wait for a ticket to be delivered to you or even get one at their office right? print it and present it to the airport and your ID..

  3. write down the RECORD LOCATOR reference and have it presented at the ticketing office of Cebu pacific before check in so that they will be the one to print it out for you.

some domestic flights of cebu pacific, we are just presenting the RL reference and we can check in, even without the ticket itself.. but since in your going out of the country.. just have it printed then.

  4. also, photocopy your mom's credit card and ID since it's your mom's credit card that you used. they will be asking for those.
