I have a question about Ebay..........?

if you are watching a sellers item...does it show the seller everyone's ebay ID who's watching that item or just how many people in general are watching that item? Also, does the seller get notified if you add them to your favorite sellers list or if you view other items they have for sell?

when watching ebay seller item i believe you see the other ebayer's bidding on it but it doesnt show how much they bidded.it also shows how many bid. If you add them to your favorites..Ebay will send you items from them..it doesnt come directly from the seller.

The seller only sees how many people have it on their watch list...not the ID's.

No. Ebay does not show the seller who is watching... just how many are watching. And no, it does not tell the seller that you added them as a fave either.

The seller only knows the number of watchers on an item, not the specific IDs of the people who are watching. I do not believe that the seller is notified if he is on someone's favorite seller list or if someone views other items he has for sale.

I have sold a few items on eBay and it only shows that someone is watching it, it never tells who it is.  The only time the seller can see who someone is, is when they actually bid on the item.  The seller can't see if you added them to favorites either.

No, the seller can only see how many people are watching the item, they cannot see any id's. They wont know if you add the as a favourite seller unless you email them to tell them...hope that helps.
