there's a problem that I don't want anyone to see tabs I've

opened ; for example my friend's yahoo! 360 pages. what can I do? how can I delete or change tabs in HISTORY ????

  1. To delete address bar history (also known as "location bar history") in Mozilla Firefox manually:

    • Select "Edit" then "Preferences".

    • Select the "Navigator" tab and select "History".

    • "Location Bar History" area click the "Clear Location Bar" button.

    Also you can use ClearAllHistory software. Deleting url autocomplete for Mozilla is included in "Delete browser history" feature for Mozilla


  2. You did not mention the version of Firefox you are using. Assuming you are using Firefox 2 or above on Windows, do the following:

    1. Click TOOLS

    2. Click OPTIONS

    3. Click PRIVACY (on top)

    4. Click CLEAR NOW

    5. Select the items you want to clear (you may check all of them)

    6. Click CLEAR PRIVATE DATA NOW
