I have a question about YAHOO LOTTO PROMOTION.

Last week , I had an email from [e-mail] that told me , you won $250,000.00 in last April . also they told me you have an Agent (BARRISTER ALI KHAN) in Indonesia that help you to receive your check ($250,000.00 ) . they wanted me to send delivery tax charges ($485 USD) and get my prize , they offered electronic bank transfer too. please say me this is spoof or no.
