I have a question about an MRI of the brain.?

I have MS. I have had two MRI's done and I noticed a difference in the two reports. If anyone can help me, I saw my neurologist today, but I don't really understand him..... You can email me at april.stanfield@yahoo.com. Thanks so much!!

MS is an autoimmune condition (your body is attacking itself) causing degneration of the myelin sheath (coats the neuron so that it fires better) that surrounds your neurons (cells that make up a nerve)...in many types of MS, there is degeneration of the myelin in certain parts of the brain causing changes in the MRI...with most MS, you recover (relapsing-remitting type) and then it comes back and affects another part of the brain...so what you may be seeing is your MS attacking different parts of your brain at the different times your MRI was taken
