I was reading it and they have an item called Walt's Favorite Fried Shrimp....and it says they are fried to order. Is there a certain way shrimp can be fried? Like I know you can order a steak rare or well done or however you want it....is there something like that with fried shrimp too?

  1. You can ask them to fry it extra crispy , but thats it.  No special frying times.  When the items is done, it floats

  2. I'm guessing that when you order it, they batter it then fry it.  Some places already have the batter (pre fried) on them, then they just re-fry them to  heat it up.

  3. it probably means that they do not cook them until you order them, that they do not fry them and sit them under a heat lamp like fries at a fast food place.

  4. well no cuz you can't really vary the frying time.  it must mean something else.  maybe you can get them flavored.

  5. I'm sorry I do not eat there.

  6. No. What that means is they only cook the shrimp when you order it. It's not premade. They're telling you their shrimp is very fresh. I hope that makes sense.

  7. fried to order means they don't fry them until you order them.

  8. There are different coatings.
