I have a question about animes?

I've noticed in animes that when someone is telling some kind if story they'll turn in a different direction and walk a few steps, why do they do that?

dont' know maybe japenese do it , so they put it in their anime?!  I don't know I just want points!

Huh? I don't exactly know what you mean, but I think it's so that it won't be so boring. Or maybe the anime character is restless. Lolz. But it doesn't happen all the time.

idk maybe so the people arent just standing there talking, it would get kinda boring if they didn't
