I have a question about being drunk in public establishments ?

A few weeks ago , I was at a strip club that did not serve alcohol. Before going in, I drank two 40 ounces of bear that I

bought from Ralphs. I sat in my car and drank them in about 2 hours. When I finsihed the two 40 ounces of bear, it is safe to say that I was pretty wasted/drunk. I started acting stupid and even through one of the empty bottles at someone in the parking lot as they were leaving. I also gave $20 to a homeless man as he was passing by with his shopping cart , I dont know why. I had like $270 in cash with me . I then got out of my car, went inside the strip club which wasnt too far..and I cant remember exactly what happened..but I got a VIP lap dance from a stripper for $150 and then as I was walking back to my table to sit. I threw up on the couch and the bouncer grabbed me and said consider yourself lucky that this is the last time you ever step in here and threw me out. I slept in the park because I was too drunk. Could I have been arrested ?

Strip clubs such as the one you're referring to often don't serve alcohol for a reason.  There is the safety of the performers to keep in mind.

To answer your question, sure, you could have been arrested.  However, unless you assaulted someone, you probably wouldn't have been charged, simply put in detox overnight.  Nevertheless, you probably would not forget the experience.

Just think, you could have gone to Las Vegas and doubled that paycheck.  That is a funny story.

yeah u can get arrested.  its called "public nuisance" r sum **** like that.  its happened to me.

Of course you could have been arrested for public intoxication. Is that what you mean? Mere stupidity is not against the law.
